- 2 oz white rum
- ¼ oz Jamaican rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coco lópez (or another Cream of Coconut)
- ¼ oz lime juice
Use your Lewis Ice Bag to make enough finely crushed ice to fill half a Collins Glass.
Combine all other ingredients in your cocktail shaker and fill with ice cubes.
Shake for 6-8 seconds and pour into the Collins glass over finely crushed ice.
