- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz 1:1 sugar syrup
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Half a lemon, cut into wedges
Combine lemon and mint with simple syrup in your 18 oz shaker and lightly muddle the lemon wedges and mint.
Add the bourbon, fill the shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
