Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz 1:1 sugar syrup
- 2-3 oz champagne (dry)
Combine the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup in your shaker and fill with ice.
Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
